A BAFTA Breakthrough Brit, Regan began her career at age 15 shooting over 200 low-budget music videos in Islington as the Grime scene emerged. Her short films—including the BAFTA-nominated *Standby*, *Fry-Up* (Sundance, Berlinale), and *Dodgy Dave* (TIFF, BFI LFF)—led to commercial work for Alzheimer's Society, British Airways, Macmillan Cancer Support, Cadbury, EE, Branston, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. She has directed episodes of BBC's *The Responder* and Apple TV's *Buccaneers*, and created the eight-part BBC series *MINT* (2026). Named President of the Creative Circle in 2026—the first film director to hold the role—Regan is also a Screen International Star of Tomorrow (2020), Sundance Ignite Fellow, and Shots New Director of the Year (2018). working with Somesuch for commercials and branded content worldwide, she is known for vibrant, character-driven storytelling that blends working-class authenticity with surrealist visual flair.
