Bio & background

Diana Kunst is a Spanish director and photographer working with Spy Films for Canada and globally. She moved from still photography and fashion editorials into short-form fashion films, then advertising and music video. Trade coverage has framed her as an award-winning Spanish director since her 2017 signing to Black Dog Films in London for music videos, fashion films and content; she has also appeared on Joinery and Anorak Film rosters, with productions through Blur Films and ProdCo/Henry.tv. Dated commercial credits include YSL’s “Libre Free at Heart” with Dua Lipa; Mercedes-Benz “Holidays With Love” (United States, 2023); Ralph Lauren “Outside of Time” for the RL 888 collection (October 2023); Mango’s “A Mediterranean Dream” (2021); a Gucci S/S 14 film; and Nomad spots (“Scientist,” “Violinist,” “Police”). Parallel music-video work includes Lenny Kravitz “Honey” (2024), Madonna x Maluma “Medellín,” The Rolling Stones “Criss Cross,” and a co-direct with Mau Morgó on Rosalía’s “De Aquí Sales.” In LBB’s 2022 celluloid feature she states she has shot most of her work on film, mostly 16mm or 35mm, citing celluloid’s rich colours and textures. One Point Four notes light, framing, and composition serve the story from her still-photography roots.
