His work spans major global brands including Nike, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Ford, Audi, McDonald's, HSBC, and Huggies, alongside regional clients such as Boticário, Natura, Nescau, Betano, VIVO, and Spaten. Ruschel's signature lies in cinematic, character-driven storytelling with naturalistic performances and emotional depth. In June 2025, he made his US market debut with Huggies' "Little Fighters" for Leo Burnett, a deeply personal short film following NICU nurse Savannah, who was born prematurely and returned to care for babies facing similar challenges.
