Katie Lambert is a London-based director represented globally by Stink Films, known for character-driven comedy grounded in messy emotional truth. She is also co-founder of MrMr Films with partner Martha McGuirk. Before directing, Lambert spent nearly a decade as a producer and executive, working at Agile for eight years and then as Head of Music at Stink Films, where she produced work for Pink, The Weeknd, Harry Styles, and Prince, as well as Super Bowl campaigns. She launched Stink Rising in 2018 alongside McGuirk, then founded MrMr Films in 2020, producing bold music videos and commercials for Dua Lipa, Harry Styles, Samsung, and Rémy Martin's first Super Bowl spot featuring Serena Williams. In 2023, Lambert and McGuirk returned to Stink as directors under Stink Rising. Lambert's directing work includes her acclaimed short film "Eat It," which won Nashville Film Festival Best Short, 1.4 Awards Silver, and screened at YDA Cannes, plus music videos for Wet Leg, Self Esteem, Little Simz, Shura, Georgia, and Suede. Her work focuses on women making big decisions, teenage life, and poignant performances from young actors. She brings a producer's eye for craft and problem-solving to every project, with multiple feature films in development.
