Born in Perth in 1972, he studied commerce before attending advertising school and building a 15-year global creative career across Sydney, Johannesburg, London, and New York at Cliff Freeman & Partners. He rose to Executive Creative Director and Managing Partner at 180 Amsterdam in 2003, where he began directing in 2004 with adidas projects including 'The Stars of St.Kitts & Nevis' and 'DREAM BIG' for Euro 2008. He transitioned to full-time directing in 2009 and is a DGA member. Bullock's portfolio spans major brands including adidas, Uber, Airbnb, Omega, Google, Microsoft, MasterCard, and Gatorade, featuring A-list talent such as Daniel Craig, George Clooney, David Beckham, and Lionel Messi.
