Sergi Castellà is a Barcelona-born commercial and film director whose brand work centers on youth culture, raw urban imagery, and a light magic-realist tone. He started on MiniDV with skater friends in Barcelona, trained there and in Los Angeles, and has directed campaigns for Nike, Adidas, Audi, Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, Mini, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, AVATR, Levi’s, Lee Jeans, Zalando, New Balance, Gant, Loewe, Lacoste, Hermès, Netflix, and SKYN. Signature spots include Hyundai’s Gen-Z Elantra film How Do You Dare (B-Reel), Audi El Clásico and Audi Sport, Nike SB x BCN and Nike Shox, multi-title Zalando work (Sanremo 2026; pairings with Adidas, Levi’s, New Balance), Levi’s It’s Our Tomorrow, Aston Martin Forever Fearless / Valour anniversary film, Lee Jeans’ 135th-anniversary Built Like Lee, and AVATR 012 with Kim Jones. Trade coverage describes intimate, visceral youth narratives at large-brand scale rather than hard-sell spectacle. Shorts Tu Niño and A Summer Job earned festival awards including Best Experimental Short at Hollywood Shorts Fest and an Oscar-qualifying Best Narrative Short at New Orleans. Repped by Caviar (US/UK/BE/FR, signed 2022) and CANADA (Spain/Netherlands, 2026). No major ad-award wins documented.
