Speck and Gordon (Will Speck and Josh Gordon) are an American comedy directing duo who met at NYU Film School, earned an Academy Award nomination for the short Culture (1997, starring Philip Seymour Hoffman), and were signed early by Ridley and Tony Scott at RSA. They are founding directors of Santa Monica- and London-based Furlined—named Commercial Production Company of the Year at The One Show—and are rostered at Steam Films in Canada and, as of June 2025, at Spindle for the UK and Amsterdam. Their advertising résumé includes 20+ Cannes Lions (roughly 10 for the Donate Life PSA “World’s Biggest Asshole”), British Arrows Gold for Best Campaign, The One Show, D&AD, AICP Campaign of the Year, Cleos, and an Emmy nomination for the branded series The Power Inside.
